Additionally, we work closely with clients and their marketing teams to ensure consistent performance and achievement of key performance indicators.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team on a full-time basis. The main objective of the Appointment Setter is to schedule appointments with potential clients and align them with our sales team. We are seeking a dynamic team player to work closely with potential clients, the rest of our team, and several internal operational groups to drive overall growth. What you’ll Be Doing

  • Scheduling appointments with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Qualifying leads and determining the best time and method for setting appointments
  • Following up with leads to ensure appointments are kept
  • Recording and maintaining accurate records of all appointments in a CRM or other database
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching and engaging potential clients
  • Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting goals
  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Continuously seeking out new ways to improve the appointment setting process and increase productivity
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

The position is full-time and virtual, so you can work from anywhere. We have team members throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Colombia, and England at Resultsbasedmarketer.

Qualification
