Position Summary

Resultsbasedmarketer.com specializes in working with online businesses, coaches, and consultants to support their growth on a monthly basis. We provide a comprehensive approach by assisting with leadership development, marketing strategies, and sales techniques. Additionally, we work closely with clients and their marketing teams to ensure consistent performance and achievement of key performance indicators.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and energetic Client Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The main objective of the Client Success Manager is to manage and maintain relationships with our clients and ensure their success with our services. We are seeking a dynamic team player to work closely with our clients, the rest of our team, and several internal operational groups to drive overall growth. What you’ll Be Doing

  • Advocate on behalf of the company
  • Getting new customers up and running
  • Ensure renewals are followed up on
  • Maximize cross-selling and upsells
  • Ensure that the support team and customers have a good working relationship
  • Representing the customer in our eternal meetings.

The position is full-time and virtual, so you can work from anywhere. We have team members throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Colombia, and England at Resultsbasedmarketer.
