As a Sales Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in finding and placing top-tier talent for our clients, as well as managing and maintaining those relationships with the highest level of service. This position offers a high level of autonomy and potential for advancement. We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, coachable and detail-oriented. Prior experience in account management is required, while recruiting experience is a bonus.

Resultsbasedmarketer.com specializes in working with online businesses, coaches, and consultants to support their growth on a monthly basis. We provide a comprehensive approach by assisting with leadership development, marketing strategies, and sales techniques. Additionally, we work closely with clients and their marketing teams to ensure consistent performance and achievement of key performance indicators.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated and energetic Sales Rep Liaison to join our team on a full-time basis. The main objective of the Sales Rep Liaison is to conduct interviews with potential candidates that align with our sales team. We are seeking a dynamic team player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of our team, and several internal operational groups to drive overall growth.

What you’ll Be Doing

  • Find potential talent that would be a good fit for the organization
  • Identify talent and schedule interviews with them
  • Interview potential candidates
  • Take notes during the interview in a clear, concise manner
  • Maintain efficient and effective communication with the rest of the team
  • Keep up with technology by attending team meetings and trainings
  • Recruiting applicants: You need to find potential candidates through job boards, our own community, and referrals.
  • Keeping track of all applicants and taking full responsibility for the hiring process`
  • Matching the right people with the right roles with the executive team

The position is full-time and virtual, so you can work from anywhere. We have team members throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Colombia, and England at Resultsbasedmarketer.

Qualification
